98　Investigation on Ultrasonic Cleaning of PV Modules Based on Measurement and Simulation of Sound Pressure Distribution Inside Ultrasonic Cleaner

Abstract

The authors proposed ultrasonic cleaning as an industrial cleaning method for PV modules. In this study, acoustic simulations were performed to simulate sound field distribution inside an ultrasonic cleaner in the case PV modules are applied to ultrasonic cleaning. After confirming validity of the simulations, required condition of sound pressure to wash PV modules was clarified.
