This study aims to develop an off-grid facility in Kuroshio-cho, Kochi Prefecture, which will function as a clinic and health center during normal situations and as a medical aid station and disaster countermeasure branch office during emergencies. As a result, it was found that the indoor air temperature and relative humidity during examination hours would be approximately 25 - 26°C and 60 - 70%, respectively. In particular, the relative humidity tends to be higher than that of a typical living room and needs to be improved. Also, Electricity consumption was measured for each use, and the amount of electricity required in each room under normal and emergency conditions was identified.
