3　Study on the prediction of solar irradiation at a target point by peripheral observations considering multilayer cloud flow.

Abstract

We have been developing a prediction system for solar power generation by ground observation. Until now, we have predicted solar irradiation assuming single-layer cloud. However, multilayer clouds are often observed. Therefore, we study the concept of solar irradiation forecasting considering changes in solar irradiation caused by 2-layer clouds.
