Abstract

52 歳女性．異時性両側乳癌（40 歳時，47 歳時）にて手術．右乳房には術後放射線療法を受けていた．血縁者がLi- Fraumeni 症候群と診断されたため，本人も遺伝学的検査を希望し，施行したところTP53 遺伝子の変異（p.Arg248Gln）を認めた．全身の腫瘍サーベイランスとして施行したPET/CT にて右肺上葉の腫瘍を認め，胸腔鏡補助下右上葉切除術，リンパ節郭清を施行した．肺腺癌pT1aN0M0 pStage IA であった．Li-Fraumeni 症候群症例に対する初回サーベイランスとしてPET/CT が有用であることが示唆された．
