直腸脱合併の子宮脱に対して腹腔鏡下仙骨腟固定術と腹側直腸固定術を同時に施行した２例

Rectal prolapse, which refers to extrusion of the full thickness of the rectal wall through the anal canal, significantly affects patients' quality of life. Laparoscopic ventral rectopexy has gained increasing acceptance as effective treatment for rectal prolapse. Currently, laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy is recognized as the gold standard treatment for pelvic organ prolapse, with good long-term success rates. Rectal prolapse with concomitant pelvic organ prolapse is not uncommon; sacrocolpopexy with concurrent rectopexy may be useful in such patients. We report two cases of pelvic organ prolapse with concomitant rectal prolapse in women who underwent laparoscopic ventral rectopexy combined with laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy. The estimated blood loss was <10 mL, and the operation time was 163 min and 218 min, respectively. No postoperative complications were observed, and patients were discharged on the 3^rd postoperative day. Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy with concomitant ventral rectopexy is feasible and safe in patients with the aforementioned clinical presentation.
