In order to express solidity we draw shade and shadow on a perspective drawing. But the vanishing point of sun-ray was often decided in an experimental way. Then we studied the method to draw shade and shadow according to angle of sun-ray. As the result of study, we found that not only the sun path diagram of any place but also the vanishing point of sun-ray could be drawn by simple geometrical operation.
