Abstract
In this article, I tried to describe educational innovation triggered by real cases of my own. Emphasis on community medicine and home visits, it is important that early exposure in the community and multidisciplinary approach need for healthcare professional students. I had learned anthropological way of thinking by Okizari (chatting at patient's home), another aspect of real meaning for family through Otomari (Night-stay at home), contextual care by Hatake (agricultural activity with family). We need more collaborative work between clinicians and academic reseachers.
