抄録

This report examines inter-rater reliability of recruiting interviews for new graduates based on existing data of the Japanese software development company A. Data of five components are used in this analysis.

Inter-rater reliability of Spearman's correlation coefficient ranged from 0.04 to 0.41, revealing that reliability differs between components. Analysis through other coefficients demonstrates differing results according to the selected correlation coefficient. Construct of each component does not be seemed dependent.
