Abstract

A management strategy of a Japanese company is development of creation technology and service. The role function of the key human resources who carry that is innovation.

I focus on the so-called innovation human resources who accomplished social change up to now and pick the important matter out through a test of the important matter of human resources.

Selection of a candidate who fits in with the important matter and the new personnel information system to utilize are built.
