Problem-Solving within the Field : Learning from Field Data in Labour Research

Abstract

This article provides an overview of my past and present research going back to my graduate student years. It is not possible, due to the limited space available, to revisit every research theme I worked on from Industrial Relations to Human Resources Management. This article focuses on my work on trade unions, non-standard employment, work-life-balance, and diversity management.
