This article provides an overview of my past and present research going back to my graduate student years. It is not possible, due to the limited space available, to revisit every research theme I worked on from Industrial Relations to Human Resources Management. This article focuses on my work on trade unions, non-standard employment, work-life-balance, and diversity management.
This paper outlines some characteristics of educating system of the MBA program at Kobe University, particularly focusing on its seminar system. In conclusion, it is claimed that an MBA student at Kobe University is an important partner both for teaching staff and for a graduate student to conduct good research.
