Abstract
We constitute a fast electronic signature like ElGamal signature by using of periodicity of Chebyshev polynomials over the residue ring Z/2'Z, and discuss its strength roughly. In addition we estimate a speed of the electronic signature under some reasonable assumptions and show it is several times faster than ElGamal signature with the close word length. Furthermore we present elementary one of proofs of this periodicity.
