抄録

Through numerical experiments we compare the performance of the three algorithms (Linpack algorithm, Hager's algorithm, and Natori Tsukamoto's algorithm) and their variants for estimating the condition number of a matrix, and make recommendation concerning the use of the estimates in applications.
