Study about investigation to establish the cause of shift away from rice consumption of young generation

Abstract

　Presently in Japan, young generation shift away from rice consumption. Therefore, this study did investigation and analysis to establish the cause of shift away from rice consumption of young generation. This analysis was conducted using “Cramer's V” and “Correspondence Analysis”. The result of this study, establish the cause of shift away from rice consumption of young generation.
