Measuring IT capability becomes a crucial problem in theory, once we acknowledge that the relationship between IT and the organization is in complete harmony. In practice, a researcher needs some constructed concepts in order to analyze IT capability, that is, sets of IT usage practices. We explore a new method of measuring or analyzing IT capability, which will have a fruitful implication for firms.
