I will analyze Japan's two local communities using the concept of Superindustrialization Strategy which include external force and internal force. Superindustrialization is a business model that surpasses the industrialization that raises added value and provides services through the processing and manufacturing of materials by making use of them. Joseph Schumpeter said that "innovation comes out of new combinations." I will show that the new combination of internal power and external dynamism bring innovation to local communities. Its external force and internal force help establish the regional power.
