Concept of Business Model has become popular in business studies as well as practices in last ten years. It is, however, important and necessary to consider its philosophical foundations to develop theory and models further.. Two foundations are discussed here. Dialectical Monism and Management Esthetics. The author tells conditions for business executives as a concluding remarks.
