Abstract
In this essay, the students themselves, who have received the policies of the local government, have started a project that contributes to the revitalization of the region and examined various issues. First, three students created a corporation and launched a community-specific Internet information media. The Internet media “Locoty Aomori” distributed information on restaurants and columns in Aomori prefecture, and the number of views exceeded 20,000 and the number of followers on SNS was 5,000. Currently, the branding of “Locoty Aomori” is steadily being promoted, and the number of PVs is also increasing. In the future, the three officers will take different paths, but since it will take more time to grow the media, we will continue to operate it in the future.
