Abstract
Simultaneous Participation and Connection Method (SPCM), one of key technologies of P2P, is a method for connecting peer groups by peers’ simultaneous participation in multiple peer groups. SPCM is widely used for inter-organizational connection recently in the real society. We introduce a project run by Hoshino Resorts implementing SPCM to connect their organizations for improving customer satisfaction. The project has a problem which requires large efforts in collecting various data for an evaluation of its performance such as inter-organizational connectivity degree. We propose an efficient method to evaluate performance of SPCM with simpler input data from evaluation results of computer simulation.
