Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of productivity in satellite office clusters in rural areas and to question the concept of productivity in business administration. From its inception, business administration has aimed to realize material wealth. However, although the task of business administration has been to build an affluent material civilization based on increased productivity, it has now reached its limits. In this study, we rethink the concept of productivity, which has been taken for granted by existing management studies and examine the issues to reconstruct the concept of productivity for the future issue of how we will work and live.
