Wearable sensors provide an alternative pathway to clinical diagnostics by exploiting various physical, chemical, and biological sensors to mine physiological information in real time and in a non-invasive or minimally invasive manner with mobile connectivity in autonomously operating. Here, new transdermal drug delivery system by using dissoluble micro needle patch will be introduced. Recently, in the transdermal drug delivery methods, the microneedle-mediated drug delivery system (DDS) has been developed to replace the hypodermic injection-mediated DDS, to provide painless self-administration of biological drug with patient friendly manner. Especially, dissolving microneedles, which deliver the target drugs as the drug-loaded microneedle dissolves into the skin, have been spotlighted recently. We investigate a novel fabrication method to achieve the user-friendliest, low-cost, and safest way for dissoluble microneedle patches with vaccine delivery, several medical treatments, and even glucose sensing as well as antibody detection for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).

With the progress of AICBM, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the global spread of COVID-19, non-face-to-face telework and online education have become commonplace, and at the same time, discussions on WEB3.0・Metaverse that realize scalability and presence beyond the constraints of time and space are gaining momentum. This paper argues that AICB²M² and WEB3.0・ Metaverse will create a new civilization in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and will be the propulsion and driving force for building a new culture. In this paper, I start with the definition of the Metaverse, and discuss its characteristics, evolution from AICBM and WEB 1.0, its current status, the future of the Metaverse, and future challenges.

The wave of DX is surging into the medical field, and barriers surrounding medical care are about to change. From the promotion of computerization in indirect operations departments, to the introduction of IoT devices to clinical sites, DX causes destruction of barriers among medical professionals. The spread of artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to eliminate the asymmetry of expertise between doctors and patients. However, it is essential to discuss the introduction and operation of systems in areas where most of the costs are covered by social insurance where there is no free price-setting power, from an economic point of view.

Dynamic instant innovations are created during day-to-day routine mobile communications, where people are modularized and therefore could promote the shared economy to choose the best among many options. Mobile devices gave birth to a shared socio-economic system, It continues to cause disruptive innovations and is beginning to erode existing industries, This is because of the birth of mobile-friendly apps. that can be used only on mobile devices, not just as communication devices. In the sharing economy, people become producers and consumers, so unpredictable dynamic instant innovations are created easily and quickly. With humans working as the best selection module on mobile, the instant innovation is created ambidextrously and autonomously by both modularized and integrated power of the mobile.

The time has come when students are required to have the ability to keep updating themselves. In the time, it is important for students to be able to actively engage in learning on their own. For support the learning, we developed online chat system powered by Slack and applied it to our 6 chemistry classes in 2020 and 2021. The results showed that the students who used the developed system showed a tendency to improve their feelings toward their studies and their evaluation of themselves, while those who did not use the system did not show such a tendency

The present study was undertaken in order to demonstrate that AR (augmented reality) technology was effective on human resource development in agricultural education. Some studies have claimed that many young farmers find it difficult to learn agricultural techniques. Because they have little knowledge or experience in farm work. The problem seems to lie in the fact that the knowledge seekers (young farmers) and knowledge providers are far apart in the fields. What seems to be lacking is real-time information sharing. AR technology has the advantage that them to share information in real time. In this connection, AR technology was found to help young farmers learn agricultural techniques effectively in the fields.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of productivity in satellite office clusters in rural areas and to question the concept of productivity in business administration. From its inception, business administration has aimed to realize material wealth. However, although the task of business administration has been to build an affluent material civilization based on increased productivity, it has now reached its limits. In this study, we rethink the concept of productivity, which has been taken for granted by existing management studies and examine the issues to reconstruct the concept of productivity for the future issue of how we will work and live.
