抄録

This theme is the product of combined efforts of economists, jurists and political scientists, which have studied the paradigm change of social sciences named "total liquidation of postwar social sciences" since the year before last, in connection with the developmental process of the postwar capitalism in Japan.
On this essay, according to the newest recognition of the present economic condition showed by Marxist political economics, this writer analyzes the transition of the term "law" on sociology of law, as the structural ideology produced by modern capitalism from the postwar reform, through the economic high groth, to the end of the growth.
