Japanese major three shipping lines had newly established the one Joint Venture at Singapore, with integrations into their container shipping divisions in order to enjoy economies of scale. This restructure means the take-off from the traditional management style of Japanese shipping industries. The Author explained the significance of the new entity from the point of commercial and historical view in this essay.
