The international airline industry has been reshaping. This is partly because of the alliance strategies by traditional Full Service Carriers, and partly because of the rapid growth of Low Cost Carriers since deregulation or liberalization of the industry. This structual change of the industry raises problems concerning antitrust law enforcement.
Additionally, state aid makes difficulties and it is crucial to level playing field. This paper ains to analyze the reshape of the industry from the viewpoint of competition policy and the tasks of dispute solution system between international airlines and/or countries.
