Abstract
We used photoradiation therapy (PRT) in 3 cases of advanced esophageal cancer, which remained after radiation therapy. Each 3 cases ran good course, but had a big and deep ulcer after PRT.
We must develop more tumor-selective method of PRT, to escape from the danger of perforation.
