抄録
Effects of chlorpromazine on the liver and kidney of white leghorn embryo on the 9 th, 12 th, 15 th and 18 th day of incubation were studied histopathologically.
1) Findings in the liver
Fat appeared in intrahepato-cells abnormally, which disappeared on 18 th day of incubation. Fibrosis and cell-infiltration in Glisson's capsule were found on 15 th day of incubation and thereafter.
2) Findings in the kidney
The regressive changes of epithelium of urinary tubule were noticed.
