A case report was made on a male patient aged 19 suffering from divergent paralysis. Two years prior to the onset of the present complaint, the patient experienced the paralysis of the left side musculus rectus buli temporalis. Etiology is not available. The patient was alleviated, however, by the injections of Vagostigmin, Arinamin, Prehormon and by per os administration of potassium iodide.
