1. Findings of the authors experiments show that each of the 3 syphilitic reactions, Murata's, Ogata's and glass plate methods, possess a certain portion of non-syphilitic reaction, in other words, these reactions are not of completely specifici.
2. Specificity of each reaction on the positive sera examined by the difference of blood group was in the order listed below:
Murata's reaction A>O=B=AB
Ogata's reaction O>B>A> B
Glass plate method O>A>B>AB
