Linolic acid in combination with vitamin B6 was administered daily on rabbits for a period of 6 weeks and the results obtained were as follows : Cholesterol and lipoid phosphorus contents of the serum began to diminish from the end of the first week, but the latter was restored to its normal value by the end of 4 to 5 weeks.
