Abstract
We have recently experienced 4 cases of gastroduodenal disease taking an interesting course.
The cases 1 and 2 were cases of gastric cancer. In the case 1 recurrence of carcinoma was observed in the remaining stomach by laparatomy, about by total resection complete cure was brought.
The case 2 was doubtful of recurrence of cancer, but was fortunately devied the recurrence by laparatomy.
Both cases 3 and 4 were cases of gastroduodenal ulcer. The case 3 was a case of highly standing ileus due to unskilled operative procedure, By laparatomy the ileus was confirmed and the complete cure was brought about by reoperation.
In the case 4 complaints due to the so tolled dunping syndrome was severer than those of duodenal ulcer.
