Abstract
The phlegmone of the stomach is very rare and its diagnosis is very difficult.
It is almost caused by streptococci bacilli, and Most of the patients of this disease were heavy drinkers and liked heavy foods which stimulate to the gastric mucosa.
The most important symptome is the achilia of the gastric juice, and this is a very important condition of the disease.
We reported of phlegmone of the stomach which was resected because of misdiagnosis for gastric cancer.
