Abstract
The effect of new antiulcerogenic drug, N-Acetyl-L-glutamine aluminium complex (KW 110), on the motility of intestine of rabbit was studied.
KW 110 showed almost no effect on the intestinal motility even applied directly to the intestinal surface or per os during seven days. KW 110 also showed almost no antispasmodic action against the contracture produced by acetylcholine or barium chloride.
Effects of KW 110 on the spontaneous contraction of intestine in were shown in Fig. 2. and the antispasmodic action for the barium and acetylcholine contractures Fig. 3 and 4.
