In diagnosis/assay of complex samples from living bodies, total evaluations are often difficult because of their diversity. Omics studies for total assays of the specific components or immunoassays for specific analysis of target molecules have been employed, while the issue related to the difficulty of total assays for whole components still remain. In this study, a method for selection of aptamers based on microscale electrophoretic filtering was newly developed to propose a novel total assay of them based on aptamer sequence fingerprinting. In the preliminary study using model proteins, some of the sequences obtained by the developed method were similar to the reported one. It suggests that the proposed method provides effective separation of nucleic acids specifically binding with target proteins.
