Abstract
This report examines situations and issues of waste disposal facilities operation management business. Through comparison with Japanese municipal waste management enterprises,it presents point of issues and view about differences from expansion of a variety of businesses management forms. Here,it takes up case of Hamm incineration facility,in which four business entities have been in charge of operation management under cooperation in the five local areas.Furthermore, in this report,the trends and futures on municipal waste management business in German are understood and arranged in terms of as follows;(1)administration unit,(2)privatesector's involvement and enterprises organization,(3)a bid,(4)an autonomy of munitipalities based on the differences of raising a source of revenue.
