In this study, Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds which occurs by metabolism of an aerobic microbe in process of composting was
analyzed, and fate of MVOCs in the composting state was evaluated.
Several microorganisms were isolated from compost, and each microorganism produced and/or biodegraded MVOCs was comprehended.
MVOCs which were detected in fermented processing different in sub material couldn't show the difference.
On the other hand, produced MVOCs in the anaerobic condition and the aerobic condition were different in the microorganism which isolated from fermented processed product.
Produced MVOCs in the anaerobic condition was equal to MVOCs which occurs in actual fermented process stage, but MVOCs was produced more in the aerobic condition.
And, the same MVOC was biodegraded by the anaerobic condition, but also some microorganisms produced it by the aerobic condition.
