As a disease of bone "Osteoporosis" is a fatal threats in elder. Testing bone densities with "Duel Energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA)" in present provide expensive cost and harmful. We research the probability to create the noninvasive method by using knowledge of tissue optic. The potential of Near-Infrared (NIR) spectra are used to investigate the Absorption of the phantoms.
