Abstract
This paper describes structural design scheme by using the local rule of the cellular automata (CA) simulation. In the previous study, the design domain is uniformly divided with identical cells. But when the profile of the object domain is very large and complicated, it may be difficult to divide the domain by identical cells uniformly. This paper describes the local rule improved for the object domain divided with non-uniform cells. Finally, the present scheme is applied to a simple numerical example.
