Taylor-Green vortex flow is simulated using three incompressible SPH algorithms summarized by Xu et al (2009). To solve pressure Poisson equation for the domain with only cyclic boundaries, the pressure on an arbitrary fluid particle is fixed to zero. This treatment causes nonphysical pressure gradient near that particle so that the surrounding particles concentrate to the pressure-fixed particle and the simulation diverges. A few countermeasure techniques are applied. Calculated flow fields agree with analytical solutions in different Reynolds numbers, and the tendency of three algorithms are consistent with those reported by Xu et al (2009).
