We need to understand the dynamics of red blood cells to analyze the dynamics of blood flow around heart valve. It is expected that the dynamics of red blood cells around valve contact zone should be changed whether those are blocked or not when the valve is opened or closed. The red blood cell is elastic. So we analyze its dynamics by fluid–structure interaction (FSI) analysis. It is difficult to calculate for all red blood cells because of the difference of scales. In advance, we calculate the initial position of red blood cells that come to the target position. Finally, we get the initial position of red blood cells and consider the stabilization and verification of calculation.
