Individual multi-body models are created on the basis of the data of Japanese adult male. By using it, a method to predict the injury part of an occupant by drive recorder data is proposed. The method is as follows. Simulate impact by using occupant and vehicle cabin model. Construct prediction equations with statistical procedure. Vehicle cabin model is constructed by measuring the drive recorder mounting vehicle. Individual multi-body model is used as occupant model. The collision simulation analysis was done by taking the height, weight, the seat position, the belt anchor position, and the input acceleration in the variable, and using the model, and the injury data base was made. The influence for occupant motions by each variable was considered. By using the statistical method, the injury part prediction formula is expressed as probability of human body segment collision by a logistic regression analysis.
