Abstract
This paper proposes a system to transmit energy to a micro-vehicle using high-power laser, and to drive it. The system consists of two different systems, one is noncontact laser energy transmission system using high-power diode laser and photoelectric conversion element, and another is laser tracking system that constantly irradiates laser. Solar cell is used as the photoelectric conversion element. Each system requires an own laser and each laser requires its own specifications. The optical composition to integrate two systems without interference is proposed. The fundamental system is developed and its performance is confirmed throughout the experiment.
