Abstract
This paper deals with vibration intensity control of the plate on the hypothsis that only two mode is excited for the 2-dimension non-contact transportation using ultrasonic wave levitation. First, the relation between vibration intensity of the beam and phase difference of the external forces installed into the both ends of the beam is considered from a viewpoint of numerical analyses. This is followed by the calculation of the intensity flow pattern of the plate. Finally, it is shown that vibration intensity of the plate is controlled on the hypothsis that only two modes are dominant in the vibraiton field.
