To identify the phenomenon of sound radiation from machines, there are some types of sound localization methods. These localization methods are researched and used mainly for middle frequency which is sensitive for human audition. However, recently the low frequency noise actuated by mechanical vibration is focusd. Since localization methods are developed for middle frequency, and theory of localization methods depends on wave phase of radiating sound, sound localization of low frequency sound is generally thought difficult. In this paper, the experiments of sound localization of low frequency sound field are performed.
