Micro vibration isolators have been used as vibration control technology for the precision instruments. However, existing devices have been concerned about an increase of response acceleration, damage of devices and fall of upside structure by earthquake. On the other hand, seismic isolators have been used to protect architectural structures from earthquake and the effect has been demonstrated. In this study, the new device that could correspond to not only micro vibrations but also earthquakes has been researched. This paper reports on examination of the simulation program and earthquake response analysis that examined influence by the earthquake of the new device.
