In this study, a micro sensor is developed to detect change of mechanical properties in cultured mouse iPS cells. The glass micro probe is fixed on the micro vibration sensor. Change of the stiffness of mouse iPS cells in the differentiating process was measured by using the developed micro sensor. Experimental studies have been performed by process letting mouse iPS cells differentiate to vascular endothelial cell. The measurement lasts for 8 days every 24 hours after doing dissemination of mouse iPS cells. It has been confirmed that the stiffness of the mouse iPS cells change with the advance of differentiation.
