必要最小限のDataを用いた構造変更後の動特性予測精度

During the development of the products, a lot of modifications of the structures are occurred for various reasons from various sections, like cost, durability, productivity, etc. At that time persons in charge, including NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) , have to clear the targets each time, quickly. For estimation, FEM (Finite Element Method) is the most popular method. But when joint stiffness become very important, they are difficult to define them by FEM. Then, to estimate the joint stiffness by try and error are necessary that takes time and manpower. And, to make the same two models, test and FEM, finally they are big losses of precious manpower and time.

The proposed method is able to estimate the modal parameter after moification by ①modal parmeters of a hole structuer before modification by modal test or FEM, and ②the FEM model of the parts before and after modification. That may take only one day of manpower is usually required, even if the joint stiffness are complicated.
