Digital Image Correlation (DIC) using high-speed cameras enables the measurement of fast structural vibrations. However, high-speed cameras are expensive and lack resolution, making it difficult to measure fine high-frequency vibrations. In this study, we developed a method called Randomized Single Exposure Sampling (RSES) that combines compressed sensing with DIC to identify high-frequency vibration modes and natural frequencies from measurement data obtained using low-speed cameras. We extended the RSES method to three-dimensional DIC and validated it through numerical analysis comparisons. The results confirmed that the RSES method enables the measurement of three-dimensional displacements of high-frequency vibrations at 2107 Hz using a low-speed camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels and a frame rate of 10 fps.
