Novel absolute displacement sensor using a feed-forward augmented controller is already presented. In this report, to expand the measurable frequency range, extra feedback loop is added to the system regarding the expanded system including existing controller as the control object. The presented control system also includes the phase delay compensator to improve the phase characteristics. The property of the presented system is investigated by computational analysis and its effectiveness is confirmed.
