Abstract
In order to improve noise and vibration of industrial sewing machine, modal analysis and frequency response analysis were performed. Total nine modes are obtained below 1200Hz, and some modes are relative to arm vibration. These modes possibly generate noise and vibration. According to frequency response analysis results, mode5 (660Hz) may have affection to the arm vertical vibration. We are advancing this research on the standpoint to establish automated optimization system of design process.
