The information retrieval in a help function cannot necessarily find immediately the page for which a user asks. The reasons are the difference among keywords which users input,and the difference among users' knowledge to software. Then, Individual-ized Retrieval by Keyword is proposed newly. The more users use this system,the more it is adapted for users.
